Burner after overhaul
New Nozzle head, nozzle and electrodes
Found new solenoid valve 321H2322&121g2320 has much noise and oil pump pressure is unstable, discussed with C/E, Renewed them by SBS spares;
New ROB50 Temp controller, flame eye and combustion air pressure switch;
Found uptake Temp indication is always -49Deg, checked sensor is OK, try to connect new PT100 but local panel display is still -49Deg, further check wires connection of 303 and 301 on motherboard terminal are wrong, recovered connection and uptake indication is 82Deg
Found Comb air pressure switch was bypassed, further checked timer 12K6F in control panel is missing, renewed Comb air pressure switch by vessel spare and recovered 12K6F with SBS spare
