Troubleshooting for boiler automatic system and combustion adjustment
The condition of the Aux boiler
Combustion adjustment for the both Aux boiler
Calibrated the O2 analyzer sensor for both NO.1&NO.2 boiler, the reading was also had 2-3% differential, must order the new O2 analyzer sensor and renew.
The smoke indicator sensor installation direction was wrong, need the shipyard to modify again.
The low low water alarm message number for the NO.2 Aux boiler was wrong, then changed the software to normal.
Checked and tightened the Aux boiler FSM signal cable connection.
The HFO pump leaking too much, must order service kits for HFO pump (for Aux boiler).
The condition of the composite boiler.
Combustion adjustment for the composite boiler.
Changed the software and add the burner load signal 25.1A2 AQ3(499) for the NO.1&NO.2 Aux boiler.
Saved the new program with name “add burner load for scrubber 2021 07 01”.
Connected the cables to the AMS for Aux boiler running signal.
Connected the cables to AMS for the Aux boiler load signal.
Connected the cables to BCP.
Changed the software and add the load signal for the scrubber.
Tested the Aux boiler running signal and load to AMS and Scrubber were all in good working.
SBS was ordered to carry out troubleshooting service for automatic system and combustion checking.
